The subject of the order is the supply of reagents, control and consumable materials enabling the performance of tests and the validation and issuance of results (CPR), along with the lease of a coagulation line with software and an analyzer for the Diagnostics Department. A detailed description of the subject of the order includes a price sheet (Annex No. 1a to the SWZ), a description of the boundary requirements (Annex No. 1b to the SWZ) and a contract template (Annex No. 5 to the SWZ). This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ, e.g. resulting from answers to contractors' inquiries. The given quantities are estimated demand and are used to calculate the offer price (i.e. determine the contractor's maximum remuneration). The Ordering Party reserves the right to resign from purchasing part of the product range resulting from the lack or reduction of demand for a given product.
