Part I Meat productsThe subject of the order is the successive deliveries at the expense and risk of the contractor of meat products to the Penitentiary in Przemyśl and the External Department in Medyka according to the list given below.1. Common pork sausage 1700 kg, 2. Poultry mortadella 1400 kg, 3. Poultry parrots 400 kg, 4. Poultry sausages 300 kg, 5. Poultry ham sausage 250 kg, 6. Company pork pâté 1200 kg, 7. Poultry tenderloin 300 kg, 8. Blood sausage 900 kg. The subject of the order must comply with Polish standards transposing European standards or the standards of other Member States of the European Economic Area transposing these standards, or parameters relating to these standards. From an organoleptic point of view, the delivered products should have the appropriate color, taste and smell and must be free from physical, mechanical and chemical contamination. Labeling requirements: Products must be labeled in accordance with the standard and applicable sanitary law. Each shipping package must contain a label containing at least the following data: product name, net weight or number of pieces in the package, name and address of the supplier-manufacturer, country...
