Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of new granulated activated carbon based on coconut shells in an amount of 640 m3, produced specifically for the treatment of drinking water for the carbon filters of ZUW Gopałkowice and ZUW Dziećkowice (hereinafter referred to as the "Product"). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is included in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 3. Detailed terms and conditions of the order are set out in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 4. The means of evidence in question: 4.1. In order to demonstrate that the offered Product complies with the requirements specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party requests for the Contractor to submit the following evidence together with the offer: 1) a current Hygienic Certificate issued by the National Institute of Public Health - National Institute Hygiene, approving the Product for use in water intended for human consumption; 2) Technical Specification of the offered Product. Note: 1) Technical Specification should confirm compliance with all requirements specified in Chapter I section. 3 and in Chapter II section 3 of the Description of the Subject of the Order (Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ) - i.e. Parameters of granulated activated carbon based on coconut shells. 2) The Ordering Party requires that the Technical Specification include specific numerical values ​​for each of the parameters indicated in Chapter I section 3 and in Chapter II section 3 of the Description of the Subject of the Order (Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ) - i.e. Parameters of granulated activated carbon based on coconut shells...
