Tender Details

The subject of the public procurement is the supply of electricity at freely agreed prices and assuming responsibility for balancing (coordinator of a balancing group) for state-owned properties provided for the management of the National Security Service (NSS), falling within the territory ofSofia region and Sofia region, and connected to the electrical distribution networks of "Electrical Distribution Networks Zapad" EAD at the low or medium voltage level, hereinafter referred to as "NSO facilities" for brevity. The objects of NSO are described and characterized in Table No. 1. "List of objects nand NSO and basic data related to the supply of electrical energy at freely negotiated prices" to the Technical Specifications (Appendix No. 1).

The National Security Service reserves the right to include in or exclude objects from the scope of the order, in case of providing or withdrawal of controlencroachment on state-owned properties, or when renting or terminating the tenancy relationship for state-owned properties, under the conditions and in accordance with the State Property Law (SPL) and the Regulations for the Implementation of the State Property Law (SPL).
