The subject of the order includes delivery to the registered office of the Ordering Party: Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Computer Science, ul. Narutowicza 11/12, 80-233Gdask, building no. 41 WETI A, room 116.4. The subject of the order must be brand new, without previous use, technically efficient, free from legal and physical defects.5. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide a warranty for the offered subject matter of the order for: at least 12 months, from the date of signing the handover and acceptance protocol, without any comments.6.
