Delivery of a monitoring receiver set intended for control and monitoring of the radio spectrum The subject of the order is the delivery of a monitoring receiver set intended to control radio spectrum monitoring. Basic order: Subject the basic order is the delivery of 1 set consisting of a monitoring receiver adapted for installation in a RACK19 cabinet with a tracking option and a cooperating direction finding antenna, adapted to be mounted on a Mobile Station Pomiarwa owned by the Ordering Party and fulfillment of other obligations specified in the Agreement and the annexes to the Agreement. Order under option law: The Ordering Party reserves the right to use pursuant to Art. 441 Acts of law options. The Ordering Party may exercise the Option Right in the form of delivery of a maximum of 5 sets consisting of devices with technical parameters as devices delivered under the Basic Order and meeting the same requirements. Use of option rights depend on the availability of funds and the needs of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the Option Right successively, up to the specified maximum number of sets. The Ordering Party informs that the deadline for placing the order is Option Rights expire on July 9, 2027, and the implementation of the subject matter of the contract no longer than until December 10, 2027.
