Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of mineral fertilizers for maintaining turf surfaces of military airports, in the quantities and range specified in the order documents. 2. The scope of the contract was divided into 11 tasks. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of tasks. 3. The description of the subject of the order, the requirements it must meet and the conditions for its implementation are specified in the order documents. 4. The Ordering Party does not provide for any option rights in these proceedings. 5. To confirm that offered the deliveries meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party requests the submission of the evidence described in the order documents. 6. The Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 107 section 2 of the Public Procurement Law provides for the supplementation of the measures in question evidence, if the contractor does not submit it with the offer or the evidence submitted with the offer is incomplete. 7.3 Regional Logistics Base in Krakow as the Ordering Party is not an entrepreneur, agricultural tax payer or income tax from special sectors of agricultural production. Air bases and military units that are recipients of fertilizers are also not subject to agricultural tax or income tax from special sectors of agricultural production. 8. The Ordering Party does not require it providing security for proper performance of the contract before signing the contract. 9.
