Delivery of a microbial DNA/RNA sequencing system using long-read technology The subject of the planned order is the delivery, installation and launch of an integrated nucleic acid sequencing system, intended for implementation advanced genomic, metagenomic and transcriptomic analyses, along with dedicated software, starting materials, a workstation, staff training and a manufacturer's warranty. The system enables sequencing of long DNA fragments and High-throughput RNA, parallel sequencing experiments, and real-time data generation. The solution includes a fully integrated laboratory-class computing module, enabling local data processing, incl including automatic conversion of the primary signal into nucleotide sequences and preliminary qualitative analysis of the results, without the need to use external IT infrastructure. 1.Sequencing performed on the device is based on direct, electronic reading of nucleic acid sequences on a single molecule, without the clonal amplification step. The process involves measuring changes in the electrical signal generated by a DNA molecule passing through a nanostructured channel or RNA. 2.
