Task No. 1 Task no. 2 Task no. 3 The subject of the order is the successive delivery of drugs under RDTL within 12 months The procedure consists of 3 parts 3.2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, required form, capacity/volume, dose, unit measurements, quantity in the package, number of packages are specified in the ASSORTMENT AND PRICE FORM, which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 3.3 Detailed conditions and rules for the implementation of the subject of the order are additionally specified in the contractual conditions constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ "Conditions contractual.” 3.4. Delivery date - according to current needs, each time within a maximum of 2 business days from the date of placing the order. 3.5. Series and expiration date on the unit packaging and on the invoice. 3.6. The expiry date of the offered products is no shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party's registered office. 3.7. The contractor will deliver the order items to the HOSPITAL PHARMACY Warehouse. 3.8. The ordering party requests that the contractor indicate in the offer which parts of the order intends to entrust the execution subcontractors and providing companies by the Contractor subcontractors - in accordance with Art. 462 section 2 of the Public Procurement Law, if they are already known.
