The subject of the Order is the successive delivery of equipment medical equipment (hereinafter also referred to as medical supplies or assortment) for the needs of the departments of the Bytowski County Hospital Sp. z o. o., na basis framework agreement, ordered by the hospital pharmacy in the assortment and the absolute requirements specified in the assortment and price form - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. Annex No. 1 to the SWZ also specifies the approximate number of medical supplies. During the term of the Agreement, the Ordering Party is obliged is to order supplies worth at least 40% of the total maximum remuneration specified in § 2 section 1 of the Agreement, the template of which constitutes Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
