Annex No. 1 to the SWZ also specifies the approximate number of medical supplies. During the term of the Agreement, the Ordering Party is obliged to order supplies worth at least 40% of the total maximum remuneration specified in § 2 section 1 of the Agreement, the template of which constitutes Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
