Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment and apparatus (intensive care beds, hypothermia set, bronchoscopy set). The subject of the order was divided into 3 parts.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order specifying the Ordering Party's requirements and quantities is includedin Annex No. 1A to the SWZ - Price form, Annex No. 1B to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order and in Annexes No. 5A and 5B to the SWZ - Draft contracts. By completing the items indicated in Annex No. 1B to the SWZ, the Contractor confirms that it meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
3. The subject of the order must comply with the provisions of the ActAct of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws 2022.974 of May 2022), if the Ordering Party requires the offer of an assortment constituting a medical device.
4. The purchase of medical equipment and apparatus is carried out as part of the National Transplantation Program - regarding part no. 1, cparts no. 2 task 1 and parts no. 3.
