The Ordering Party informs that it will be applied in the public procurement procedure in question the so-called "reverse order of evaluation of offers" referred to in Art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law. Using the above procedure, the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer received the highest assessed in terms of lack of grounds for exclusion and fulfillment of participation conditions in the proceedings. 2.
