Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of marked promotional gadgets: Glass bottle in a case 3, 000 pcs., Jute bag 3, 000 pcs., Spa water mug 3, 000 pcs., Advertising pen 3, 000 pcs., Antistress drop 3, 000 pcs., White cardboard folder 1, 500 pcs. Navy blue cardboard folder, 1, 500 pcs. All materials must be brand new, of full value, free from defects and in accordance with the technical description. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix 4 to SWZ.2. Wherever the Ordering Party describes the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, it is assumed that such a reference is accompanied by the word or equivalent. 3. The Ordering Party, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 99 section 5 and art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, allows equivalent solutions for works, materials and systems that meet applicable standards and requirements.
