Delivery of leukocytosis collection kits koncentratu krwinek płytkowych (UKKP) zawieszonych w roztworze wzbogacającym PAS i jednocześnie pobierania osocza w trakcie jednej procedury wraz z niezbędnymi płynami oraz dzierżawa separatora komórkowego. 1.The subject of the order is: Delivery of sets for collection of leukocyte-poor platelet concentrate (UKKP) suspended in the PAS enrichment solution and at the same time collecting plasma during one procedure along with the necessary fluids, and renting a cell separator. 2.Detailed description the delivery that is the subject of these proceedings is included in the "Assortment and price sheet" constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. This description should be read together with changes in the content of the SWZ, e.g. as a result of responses to inquiries contractors. 3. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. 4. The recipients of the subject of the order were specified in the Product and price sheet constituting Appendix no 2 to SWZ. 1.
