Delivery of an integrated FT-IR RAMAN system with software and a computer for the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of an integrated FT-IR RAMAN system with software and a computer, hereinafter referred to as "equipment" for the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. 2. The order includes delivery, assembly, installation of equipment in the place indicated by the Ordering Party and training of 4 employees of the Ordering Party in the field of operation and basic maintenance. equipment. 3. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Classification Code: 38433000-9 (spectrometers). 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - description of the subject of the order. 5. Place of equipment delivery: University of Gdańsk, Faculty Law and Administration, University of Gdańsk, ul. prof. Marii Janion 5, 80-309 Gdańsk, room 3053. 6. The Ordering Party requires a warranty for the equipment for a period of 24 months, provided that the moving parts of the interferometer, the laser and the IR source are covered by the warranty for period of 5 years. Details regarding the guarantee are included in § 7 of the draft contract - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 7. After signing the contract, the Ordering Party plans to apply for a 0% VAT rate pursuant to Art. 83 section 14 points 1 of the Act of 11 March 2004 on tax goods and services (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2025, item 775, as amended) - in the scope of a stationary computer set and monitors listed in item 15 of the description of the subject of the order - Annex No....
