Delivery of an incubator for embryo breeding 1) The subject of the order is the supply of an incubator for embryo breeding (1 pc.), meeting the requirements specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, with a built-in time-lapse imaging system, intended for continuous observation, registration and analysis of embryo development without the need to remove the culture vessels from the incubation chamber, hereinafter referred to as the "device". The device is intended to provide stable, precisely controlled environmental conditions and high resolution microscopic imaging, and must also enable individual or group cultivation of embryos. 2) The subject of the order should be brand new, unused, come from current production (i.e. year of production not older than 2025), have appropriate certificates allowing sale and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service for the device. 3) Software that is part of the subject of the order cannot violate the law or personal rights protected by law or property rights of third parties, or rights in intangible goods, in particular copyrights, related rights, rights from the registration of industrial designs and protection rights for trademarks. 4) The scope of the order includes the purchase of the device together with delivery, transport, unloading, carrying to the Ordering Party's premises, as well as installation, commissioning of the device and training of min. 2 people to operate and operate the device.
