Tender Details

The subject of the order is the delivery, implementation and configuration of software for archiving e-mails of employees of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Office in Wroclaw (DUW). The software is intended to enable central, secure and compliance with applicable regulations archiving e-mail, including e-mail messages with attachments, metadata and communication logs. The purpose of the order is: a) to ensure long-term archiving of e-mail correspondence, b) to enable quick search, viewing and retrieving e-mail messages, c) increasing the security and integrity of e-mail data, d) shades of production e-mail systems. As part of the subject matter of the order constituting the Order, the Contractor undertakes in particular to: a) deliver, implement, launch and configure e-mail archiving software with licenses, b) perform integration with the Postfix e-mail system installed in the Ordering Party's infrastructure, c) configure archiving, retention and deletion policies data, d) conduct acceptance tests of the implemented software together with the Ordering Party in accordance with the Contractor's proposed...
