The contract concerns the issuance and delivery of gift cards in physical (and/or dematerialized) version, for the benefit of Department agents, their children and retiring agents. The gift cards are multi-brand, usable in several times like a bank card, non-reloadable and issued depending on events (in compliance with URSSAF). The expenditure is made to the nearest euro. This contract is a single-awarder framework agreement being executed gradually by the issuance of purchase orders under the conditions set out in articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code, within the financial limits below: Minimum annual amount: 200, 000 euro(s) excluding tax Maximum annual amount: 800, 000 euro(s) excluding tax
