Tender Details

The subject of this order is:
1) the Contractor's delivery to the Ordering Party in the form of lease for a period of 10 years of 63 brand new, low-floor city buses (15 single-unit and 48 articulated), without intermediate steps in the middle aisle and without steps in theall doors), meeting the requirements specified in Annexes No. 12A, 12B, 12C and 12D to SWZ,
2) granting by the Contractor to the Ordering Party the authorization of an Authorized Service Station (ASO) in the scope of servicing and repairing the delivered buses for a period equal to the rental period, i.e. . 10 years, in accordance with the conditions specified in the service agreement, constituting Annex No. 11B to the SWZ,
3) maintaining the leased item in a state of suitability for use throughout the entire lease period, which the Contractor will entrust to the Ordering Party on the terms specified in the service agreement, constituteappendix No. 11B to the SWZ,
4) the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a paid delivery of workshop equipment, for which the Contractor will provide a warranty in accordance with the manufacturer's/contractor's warranty, but not less than 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol,
5 ) trainede by the Contractor to the Ordering Party's employees to the extent indicated in the bus rental agreement, constituting Annex No. 11A to the SWZ,
6) providing the Contractor to the Ordering Party with the technical documentation described in the bus rental agreement, constituting Annex No. 11A to the SWZ,
