Description of the subject of the order 4.1. The subject of the order is delivery in the form of operational leasing with the option of purchasing a brand new press waste baler with equipment and a PET bottle perforator and a new feed conveyor for the press, including installation, hereinafter referred to as the "leased subject." 4.2. Requirements for the baling press, i.e. required technical parameters as well the required minimum equipment was specified in the description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ 4.3. The insurance of the channel press is the responsibility of the Ordering Party. 4.4.Requirements for operational leasing: ●leasing settled in PLN, ●48 installments leasing ●The leasing installments are equal, fixed and unchanged throughout the entire leasing period, subject to changes expressly permitted in the draft provisions of the contract. ● WIBOR 1M base rate as of the date of sending the order notice to the Official Journal European Union is used only to calculate the offer and does not automatically change the installments after concluding the contract. ●Instalments payable starting next month...
