The subject of the order is the supply of agents for de-icing artificial airport surfaces in the quantities and range specified in order documents. 2. The scope of the order was divided into 2 tasks. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of tasks. 3. The description of the subject of the order, the requirements it must meet and the conditions for its implementation are specified in the order documents. 4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option right under task No. 1. 5. In order to confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party requests the submission of the evidence described in order documents. 6. The Ordering Party informs that it does not envisage a request to supplement the evidence in question if the contractor does not submit it with the offer or the evidence submitted with the offer is incomplete. 7.
