Comments :-An obligatory condition for participation in the request for proposals is attaching the final commercial offer following the completion of the procedure, indicating: prices in US dollars excluding VAT and VAT (18%) per 1 unit. equipment, delivery time, price fixing period, warranty period for equipment.
To participate in the procedure, the participant is required to complete and attach the following documents: o o the counterparty`s card and the participant`s questionnaire (Appendix No. 3 and 4 tender documentation) in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and seal of the organization) by uploading the documents to the ETP; o o a completed comparison of the parameters of the technical requirements and requirements for the vendor / equipment supplier (Appendix No. 5 of the tender documentation) by uploading the documents to the ETP; o o the letter (Annex No. 2) - acceptance of the terms and conditions of the technical assignment (appendix No. 5) and readiness for signingThe standard form of the contract (Appendix No. 6) on the company`s letterhead by uploading documents to the ETP.
