Package I Package II 1. The subject of the order is the supply of computer equipment for the University of Radom. Kazimierz Pułaski in two (2) parts (packages). The Ordering Party allows and does not limit the submission of offers for individual parts - packages the number of parts - packages that may be awarded to one Contractor. 2. The subject of the order includes the delivery of computer equipment to the place indicated by the Ordering Party: Package I: A complete HPC/AI class GPU server set designed to perform tasks teaching, research and development and computing in the field of artificial intelligence, deep learning, computer vision, CFD numerical modeling, digital twins and large-scale data analysis - 1 set. Package II: Portable computers - 8 pieces. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ). 4. Order completion date: Package I - within 90 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, Package II - within 28 days from the date of conclusion contracts. In the offer evaluation criteria, the ordering party will take into account the shortening of the order completion time. 5. The Ordering Party informs that it will apply for the application of the 0% VAT rate for computer devices, pursuant to Art. 83 section 1 point 26 of the Act of 11 March 2004 on tax on goods and services (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1570, as amended). 6.
