Tender Details

The scope of the public order includes the delivery of: notebook computers - 46 pcs., desktop computers - 54 pcs., interactive displays - 13 pcs., copier - 1 pc., server - 1 pc., monitors - 21 pcs. and others. described in detail in the technical specification;ZOP:

Specific item #2: "Delivery of various types of software and software licenses"

Specific item #3: "Delivery of two notebook computers with included factory software"

Specific item #4: "Delivery of web cameras, document cameras and television"

The estimated value of a separate position No. 1, prepresents approximately 86.17% of the total estimated value of the order, and the estimated value of separate items #2, #3 and #4 represents approximately 13.83% of the total estimated value of the order.

Since the predicted value of each of the individual positions #2, #3 and #4 is below 50BGN 000 excluding VAT, the same fall within the scope of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Civil Code. In view of the above and on the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP, separate positions No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4 will be assigned in accordance with Art. 4, item 3 of the Civil Procedure Code - by direct assignment.

The remaining value of the orderafter the separation of separate items No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4 is BGN 257, 108.53 excl. VAT.
