1. Scope of the order: The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new wire for a baling press in the amount of 150 tons to the Barycz Ecological Center at 40 Krzemieniecka Street and the Plastics Recycling Plant at 17 A Igoomska Street in Kraków. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in: No. 1 to SWZ.2. Place of delivery of the subject of the order: - Barycz Ecological Center, ul. Krzemieniecka 40, 30694 Krakw - approx. 120 tons - Zakład Recyklingu Tworzyw Sztucznych, ul. Igoomska 17A, 31-983 Krakw - approx 30 tons3. Quality guarantee: The minimum required warranty period for the subject of this order is min. 12 months from the date of purchase (date of the delivery and acceptance protocol). The warranty period is equal to the period of the quality guarantee. 4. Completion date orders: successively for 12 months from the date of signing the contract, according to the request submitted by the Ordering Party electronically - subject to changes provided for in the draft contract constituting the order. No. 3 to SWZ.
