Tender Details

The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of interior design and external play for the "Dolenjske Toplice Children's Kindergarten", whereby the contracting authority complies with the provisions of the Green Public Procurement Regulation (Official Gazette RS, No. 51/17, 64/19, 121/21 and 132/23) referred to in point 8 of the first paragraph of Article 4 in relation to point 10 of the second paragraph of Article 6, so that in the pro forma invoice and the project of equipment and played, it took into account that the proportion of wood or wood formation in the furniture amounts to more than 70 % of the volume the materials used to make furniture, unless it prohibits or prevents it.
