The subject of this public contract is the implementation of a solution that will lead to an increase in the level of security of access to the information systems of the contracting authority, the introduction of strong and uniform authentication of users and the centralized management of digital identities and authentication employee funds. The goal is to create a comprehensive, secure and long-term sustainable framework for managing access rights in a healthcare facility environment. The required solution must meet high demands on availability, security, integrity and auditability of operations with regard to the continuous nature of the provision of health services. At the same time, it must be designed to allow for long-term scalability, flexible extensibility, and integration with other systems without undue reliance on proprietary technologies. Emphasis is placed especially on the support of open standards, transparency and the possibility of future development of the infrastructure of the digital identity of the contracting authority.
