Part 1 - Delivery of an agricultural tractor with a power of 45-55 HP along with accessories Part 2 - Delivery of an agricultural tractor with a power of 80-100 HP along with accessories Part 3 - Delivery of an agricultural tractor with a minimum power of 120 HP along with accessories 1.The subject of the order is delivery brand new agricultural machines with accessories intended for winter and summer maintenance of municipal roads in the Zadrożym Commune, meeting the technical and operational requirements indicated in the description of the subject of the order. 2.The subject of the order has been divided into three parts: 1)Part 1 - one agricultural tractor with a power of 45-55 HP with accessories; 2)Part 2 - one agricultural tractor with a power of 80-100 HP with accessories; 3)Part 3 - one agricultural tractor with a minimum power of 120 HP and accessories. 3.Within order, the Contractor will be obliged to: 1) delivery of complete, brand new machines and devices, 2) providing technical documentation, user manuals and warranty cards in Polish, 3) conducting operator training in the field operation of the supplied equipment, 4) starting and checking the correct operation of the equipment at the place of delivery, 5) providing warranty service. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order along with the minimum requirements is included in the Annex to the SWZ - Description Subject of the Order (for each part separately).
