The subject of the order was divided into parts: 1)Part No. 1: Drone with equipment enabling monitoring the condition of crops 2) Lot No. 2: Agricultural tractor and garden tractor and farm management software 3)Part No. 3: Cultivation kit sowing 4)Part No. 4: Sprayer with a capacity of 1000-2000 liters 5)Part No. 5: Crop monitoring system 6)Part No. 6: Weather station with management system The scope of the order includes separately for each part (applies to part no 1, 3, 4, 5, 6): 1) delivery, assembly, commissioning, performance tests and commissioning of the devices constituting the subject of the order; 2) training of the Ordering Party's staff in operation, operation and basic maintenance delivered devices (max. 10 people) within the deadline agreed with the Ordering Party 3) granting a software license on the terms specified in section 16 and further § 2 of the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ from the date of signing the protocol delivery and acceptance, referred to in § 4 section 5 of the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ; 4) granting a minimum 24-month warranty for the subject of the contract on the terms set out in § 5 of the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ (in accordance with the Contractor's declaration submitted in the offer).
