On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the supply of 300, 000 envelopes to the Office of Technical Inspection in Warsaw. We would like to inform you that we anticipate the possibility of carrying out the second stage of this procedure (negotiations). We reserve that the procedure may end with the offer not being selected if the estimated funds are exceeded. Envelope specifications: 1) C6/C5 NK envelope for machine packaging wet, 2) letterhead, opening on the longer side, 3) rounded flap, 4) ASK - side flaps glued on the outside, 5) color white offset, 80 g/sq m, 6) right window, dimensions 45 mm x 90 mm, 7) window distance: side x bottom 20 mm x 15 mm, 8) opaque with underprint, 2+0 (colors: black and red), without bleeds, 9) print: contact details of the UDT Headquarters, contract with Poczta Polska, with or without the "registered" print. The goods will be delivered by the Contractor in two installments, to the UDT headquarters: Office of Technical Inspection, ul. Szczęśliwicka 34, 02-353 Warszawa.
