Delivery of 1 medium rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with a 4x2 drive.
The vehicle must meet the requirements specified in: - the Road Traffic Law, together with the implementing provisions thereof, - the regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of June 20, 2007 on the list of products intended to ensure the principles of public safety or the protection of health, life and property, as well as the rules for issuing approvals for these products for use, - the regulation of Internal Affairs and Administration, National Defense, Finance and Justice of March 22 2019 on special vehicles and vehicles used for special purposes of the Police, the Internal Security Agency, the Foreign Intelligence Agency, the Military Counterintelligence Service, the Military Intelligence Service, the Central Anticorruption Bureau, the Border Guard, the State Protection Service, the National Tax Administration, the Prison Service and the Fire Brigade. The vehicle must have a valid certificate of approval for use in fire protection in Poland issued on the basis of the regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products intended to ensure safety...
