Tender Details

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of shooting ammunition and special ammunition, the procedure is divided into 2 parts:
1.1. PART 1 - supply of shooting ammunition caliber 7.62x39 mm lead core bullet
1.2. PART 2 - supply of special ammunition for shotguns smoothbore cal.12/70 TYPE-20.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract for PART 1 and PART 2 is attached as Appendix 1.1 and Appendix 1.2 to the ToR
3, respectively. The Contractor is obliged to complete the order for PART 1 and/or PART 2 on the terms and conditions described in the detailed description of the subject of the ordercontained in Appendices No. 1.1 and 1.2 to the ToR and in the draft provisions of the agreement (Appendix No. 9.1 and 9.2 to the ToR, respectively).
4. The Ordering Party allows partial tenders. The Contractor may submit an offer for selected parts of the contract.
