Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: Part I: Supplies of food products: oils, fats, dairy products to the Penitentiary in HerbachCommon Order Dictionary (CPV): 15400000-2 Animal and vegetable oils and fats 15500000-3 Dairy products2. The type of items and estimated demand are presented in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The quantity of goods delivered may be reduced by 30%. The contractor is entitled to remuneration only for the quantity of goods actually delivered. 3. At the same time, the Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to ensure that the quality of the delivered food products which are the subject of this order, the method of their packaging, as well as the type of collective packaging used will reduce the costs incurred by the Ordering Party of storage, preparation and distribution of the delivered goods and dishes made from them, as well as the costs of removal and disposal of the resulting waste.4. Deliveries will be made to the ordering party's warehouses, i.e. to the food warehouse at the Penitentiary in Herby, 42-284 Herby, ul.
