Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 15600000-4 products of milled grains, starch and starch products. Additional: 15830000-5 sugar and related products, 15851100-9 - uncooked pasta. Supplies of food products: cereals, milled grains, starch, sugar, pasta to the Penitentiary in Herby2. The type of items and estimated demand are presented in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The quantity of goods delivered may be reduced by 30%. The contractor is entitled to remuneration only for actual work quantity of goods delivered. 3. At the same time, the Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to ensure that the quality of the delivered food products that are the subject of this order, the method of their packaging, as well as the type of collective packaging used will result in a reduction of the costs incurred. by the Ordering Party the costs of storage, preparation and distribution of the delivered articles and dishes made from them, as well as the costs of removal and disposal of the resulting waste.4.
