Tender Details

Tender are invited for Work consists of approx 5, 614 LF of existing 18", 21", and 24" VCP, RCP, and non-reinforced concrete sewer with CIPP liners. The project will also rehabilitate 37 manholes using a calcium aluminate cement (CAC) protective coating system, and all appurtenant work.
Notes : Each Prime Contractor intending to bid this job shall attend a mandatory jobsite walk-through to be held at 10 : 00 a.m. on October 2, 2018, at 20600 South Alameda Street, Carson, California, 90810, to examine all the existing conditions and ascertain all necessary work entailed by the plans and specifications. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Three (3) segments are located along the existing sewer alignment beginning in 223rd Street approx. 1, 300 feet east of Wilmington Avenue, then easterly along 223rd Street and northerly along Alameda Street, then easterly along Carson Street, then northerly in an alleyway, and ending in Dominguez Street approx. 100 feet east of Alameda Street. One (1) segment is located along the existing sewer alignment beginning in El Presidio Street approx. 1, 300 feet east of Alameda Street, then northerly through private property and ending in private property approx. 650 feet north of El Presidio Street.
