Tender Details

The Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) is publishing several Request for Information (RFI) documents on the Government Electronic Tender Service (GETS) in April 2017 relating to its Transforming the System of Service Delivery (TSSD) programme. Through the RFIs, the DIA will be seeking information from the market to influence the approach taken within the TSSD Single Stage Business Case (SSBC), including informing the sourcing strategy for procurement activity required. The rationale used to define the scope of each RFI is based on the specialist nature of the requirements, and which components have a natural relationship or dependency with other components.
The scope of services within the RFI documents will include:
i. Transformation support services
ii. Data services (including data quality, data virtualisation (or similar) and analytics (including business intelligence), and big data
iii. Customer centric solution (a full customer centric service stack encompassing customer relationship management, workflow and business rules)
iv. Customer identity and access management
This RFI relates to Data Services only (Data Virtualization, Data Quality, Big Data, and Business Intelligence).
Separate RFI s are being published for the other service areas identified above.
DIA intends to hold a market briefing in relation to the RFI on Friday, 7 April 2017. You must register to attend this briefing.
