Object of the contract

This contract is created to evaluate a suitable provider, which subsequent solution for the city of Bern. Order is the conception, development and implementation of the most economical solution for managing and processing of care services (particularly care vouchers). This solution is the e-government strategy der Bern (www.bern.ch) into account and is operated in the data center of the city administration werden.Die technology used is to set a few components not yet been defined (see Chapter 2 and of criteria B7_IT system requirements). The re-use in the city of Bern existing components or systems of the IT environment is preferred, The standardization and consolidation of existing systems and interfaces should be reported in the solution architecture werden.Nach successful system acceptance is provided complete with the selected supplier a support contract.
