Tenders are invited for Data Centre Support & Maintenance.

CONTRACT NAME AND DESCRIPTION: DATA CENTRE SUPPORT &
MAINTENANCE
1. The Office of the Auditor-General invites sealed tenders from eligible
candidates for the Data Centre Support & Maintenance.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested
Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect
the Tender Documents during office hours (0900Hrs to 1600Hrs at the address
given below. More details on the Services are provided in PART 2 - Services'
Requirements, Section V - Description of Services of the Tender Document.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested bidders
electronically from the Website www.oagkenya.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke
Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to procurement@oagkenya.go.ke to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents
submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 1
MARCH 2024 at 11.00 a.m. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
