The Rural Municipality of Prairie Lakes invites qualified contractors to submit sealed tenders for the installation of culverts within the Municipality for the 2026 construction season.1. Scope of WorkThe Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supervision, and incidental materials necessary to complete culvert installations as directed by the Municipality.Work may include: Removal of existing culverts Excavation Installation of corrugated steel or HDPE culverts Bedding and backfill Compaction Road restoration Traffic control Disposal of surplus material Site clean-upThe Municipality reserves the right to supply culverts.2. Contract TermThe agreement shall commence upon award and remain in effect until December 31, 2026, unless extended by mutual agreement.The Municipality does not guarantee any minimum amount of work.3.
