Creos Luxembourg S.A. currently operates a vulnerability management solution and wishes to renew and extend its vulnerability management capabilities through a new contractual framework covering the following elements: • Licenses Vulnerability Management • Operational Support Service • Recurring Vulnerability Management Service • Optional: Policy Compliance • Optional: Enterprise TruRisk Management (ETM) capabilities and integrations with third-party solutions • Optional: integrations with third-party security and IT service management (ITSM) tools, including but not limited to ServiceNow, AWS Inspector and Microsoft Defender Contract Term The contract will include: • a term initial three (3) years; • two renewal options for a period of one (1) year each.
