The United Nations Development Program in Ecuador, within the framework of Project 00126368, GEF GOLD+ Ecuador, invites legal entities to participate in the competition: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL UNDP-ECU-00939 Comprehensive mining-financial analysis and design of a capacity-building program for the financial inclusion of the Artisanal and Small-Scale Mining (ASM) sector. For this purpose, we ask you to use and fill out the shared forms. It is requested not to include the economic proposal in the sections or documents of the technical offer, since your offer will be rejected. Your Proposal must be submitted until 6:00 p.m. (Ecuador time) on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, in the QUANTUM system. (http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org) Inquiries about the process should be sent through the Quantum messaging system until June 26, 2026. An informational meeting will be held via zoom, using the following link on June 24.
