Cooperation Facility for Myanmar - Technical Assistance
This contract will establish a flexible, on-demand targeted technical assistance facility (Cooperation Facility) to support the European Union in Myanmar. The Cooperation Facility supported by this contract is financed under Support Measures - Cooperation Facility, Strategic Communication and CSO Support for Myanmar (2025-2027) (ACT-63150). The Objective of the Cooperation Facility is to reinforce the efficiency, performance, and impact of EU cooperation in Myanmar, in line with the EU-s political, policy, and development objectives in the country. The Cooperation Facility will provide flexible, on-demand technical assistance to support the effective implementation of the EU-s cooperation priorities and strengthen project cycle management. It will facilitate events, technical expertise, and stakeholder engagement, while covering the full project cycle, including formulation, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and coordination.
