1. part: Meat preparation
2. part: Dairy
The quantities specified in the invitation cover the planned 12-month needs of the Bidder. Tenderer for the contract kcalls a quantity proportional to its specific duration, with 90% of this proportional quantity charged with a minimum call obligation. The tenderer stipulates an additional 20% quantity deviation, which can be enforced by a unilateral legal declaration of the tenderer.
