Contract for the works of the project to improve the accessibility of the Rectoria Vella building, seat of the Paratge de l-Albera Natural Reserve and various services of the Espolla Town Council, through the installation of an elevator and the reform of the core of vertical communications and the main hall of the building. Description of the service: The object of the contract is the contracting to carry out the works included in the Project to improve the accessibility of the Old Rectory building, seat of the Albera Natural Park and various services of the Espolla Town Hall, through the installation of an elevator and the reform of the vertical communications core and the main lobby of the building. The action includes the installation of an elevator with accessible cabin in accordance with the Accessibility Code of Catalonia (minimum cabin of 1.10 x 1.40 m), as well as the auxiliary works necessary for its integration into the building, such as the redistribution of the existing staircase, the creation of intermediate landings, the adaptation of the pavement, the removal of architectural barriers and the repair of the hall roof affected by leaks.
