The supply of a compact snow removal equipment and runway de-icers and the execution of accessory services, intended for use in the perimeter of the R.A. "Delta Danube" Tulcea Airport during the winter season, in order to carry out snow removal operations and maintenance of the movement surfacesre as well as for reducing the time required for de-icing operations specific to movement surfaces, by decontamination of snow and ice deposits on these surfaces in order to ensure the safe operating conditions of aircraft.
The deadline for receiving requestsof clarifications before the deadline for submission of offers - the deadline until which any economic operator interested in participating in the sectoral procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 21 ziles before the deadline for submission of offers.
