The subject of the order includes delivery, installation, commissioning and warranty service of 4 X-ray equipment with liquid explosive detection system, standard 2, type "C". In connection with the growing ba swarm of passengers passing checkpoints, passenger safety and cabin baggage at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 and compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EC) No 300/2008 of the European Parliament, it is necessary to purchase 4 x-ray equipment with a detection system. liquid explosives, standard 2, type "C".

In view of the increasing number of passengers passing check points, passenger safety and cabin baggage at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 and compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EC) No 300/2008 of the European Parliament, it is necessary to purchase 4 x-ray units equipment. The subject of this contract includes:

1. Delivery of 4 (four) pieces of liquid testing equipment, aerosoland gels (TAG) with proven compliance with standard "2" according to EU Regulation 185/2010 and type of operation "C" or equivalent type of operation.

2. Installation, commissioning and performance of functional tests of the equipment, confirming its compliance with the requirements of the contracting authority.

3. Guarantee maintenance of the delivered equipment for a period upon the proposal of the participant, but not less than 24 months.

During the warranty period, the Contractor undertakes to carry out at his own expense all equipment maintenance commitments prescribed by the manufacturer, including preventive maintenance and service, and for this purpose a warranty service is required. technical licenseservice and repair of ionizing radiation apparatus in accordance with Art. 58, para. 1, item 3 (repealed) in conjunction with - 33 of the PCA of the Amendment and Supplementation Act. of the Law on the Safe Use of Nuclear Energy (ASUNE) or a certificate for registration of an activity under Art. 56, para. 3, item 1 of ASUNE.

Declaring compliance with the selection criterion:
