Scanners

Framework agreement for the delivery of scanners for use in customs control etc.

The offer of the framework agreement comprises the provision of scanners with X-ray technology in several sizes for use in customs control and possible security and access control and relocation and reinstallation of already installed scanners in connection with the delivery of new scansare etc. The offer also includes a service agreement for each scanner that is valid during the warranty period.

The offer of the framework agreement comprises the provision of scanners with X-ray technology in several sizes for use in customs control and possible security and access control as well as the relocation and re-installation of already installed scanners in connection with delivery of new scanners etc. Delivery of scanre are including installation, preparation, testing, final assembly and instruction / training of the contractor's employees in the operation and use of the scanners. The offer also includes a service agreement for each scanner that is valid during the warranty period.

The tenderer must complete the common European tender document (ESPD) to participate in the tender procedure. Reference is made to Competition and ConsumptionThe Board of Directors' guidance.

The contracting authority assesses whether the ESPD contains information on matters that may lead to the Offeror being excluded by the tendering procedure.

Mandatory grounds for exclusion:

The contracting authority must exclude the Tenderer from participating in the tender procedure if the Tenderer is covered by one of the tenderers. Section 135 and 136 of the Public Procurement Act mentioned mandatory grounds for exclusion. The law can be foundon www.retsinformation.dk

Voluntary exclusion grounds:

The contracting authority will also exclude the Offeror from participating in the tender procedure, if the Offeror, cf. 1, no. 2:

- Is declared bankrupt,

- Is in insolvency or liquidation proceedings,

- Dad's assets administered by a trustee or by the court,

- Is in compulsory agreement,

- Has got his business activitytrust,

- Is subject to a similar situation under a similar procedure laid down by national law in which the Tenderer is resident.

This exclusion clause may be applied only if one of the conditions is met.
