The project is classified as a class project.

Main Site: This project extends to the areas of the Municipalities, which belong to the administrative boundaries of competence the Department of the Piraeus Department, EYDAP The present contract materializes sporadic projects in this area, without the possibility of ex-the advance knowledge of the intervention sites and the size of each project. It includes the necessary work for the placement of new benefits, special benefits, after consumer requests, as well as the installation of new pipelines (water network extensions) or replacements of existing pipelines, by rehabilitation of their benefits

The right to participate are natural or legal persons or associations(a) in a Member State of the Union, (b) in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA), (c) in third countries which have sign and ratify the Scheme, in so far as the contract under contract is covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5 and the General Notes of Appendix I to the Agreement, and (d) to third countries not covered by paragraph (c) of this paragraph and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures.

An economic operator shall participate either individually or as a member of an association. associations of economic operators participate under the conditions of paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of Article 254 and paragraphs 1 (e) and 3 (b) of theArticle 76 of Law 4412/2016.

Such associations are not required to have a specific legal form for bidding. In the event that the association becomes a contractor, its legal form must be such as to ensure that there is a single tax register for the association (eg a consortium).

Concerning suitability for the exercise of the professional activityeconomic operators are required to be registered in the relevant professional register maintained in their State of establishment. Especially tenderers established in Greece are required to be registered in the Register of Contractors (MEEP) or in Prefectural Registers in the project categories, Article 21 of the Declaration. The bidders who are installedin a Member State of the European Union, are required to be registered in the Registers of Annex XI of Appendix A of Law 4412/2016.

(a) the economic operators must have at their disposal the own funds as defined in the case b) of par. 2 of article 99 of Law 3669/2008, at least equal to seven hundred fifty thousand euros (750 000.00 euro), fixed assets, as-are defined in paragraph c of par. 2 of article 99 of Law 3669/2008, amounting to at least one hundred and fifty thousand euros (150, 000.00 euro). Of these assets, 30% must be real estate (land, plots, buildings) and 30% mechanical equipment and all kinds of means of transport, except for passenger cars.

Sustainability indicators must also be respected this(b) in order to prove economic and financial capacity, the economic operators are obliged to submit the supporting documents of par. 23.5, article 23 of the Law no. declaration.
