The subject of this tender procedure is the reconstruction of the Tartu University School building at J. Liivi 2, Tartu city according to the technical description and project documentation in Annex 1.

The construction site is located in the heritage protection zone. it is obligatory to get acquainted with the description of the support supports and the project documentation, to check the submitted support supports volumes before submitting the tender. The tenderer must be informed immediatelydeficiencies or inconsistencies detected by the contracting authority. If deficiencies or inconsistencies are discovered after the submission of the tender, the tenderer shall bear all additional costs involved. The procurement is not divided into lots, because the division of the construction support products on which the contract is based is not possible from the point of view of the organization of construction support products without compromising the quality of the final result. Separate acquisition of multimedia devices is not possible because the devices togetherwith the cables to be installed in the excavation of the construction support supports, they form a genuine and complete system, the correct installation and removal of which in parts does not guarantee the correct result and the interconnection of the components.
